Henry (Hank) Casagrande, PA-C, MHS, is a highly respected, NCCPA Board-Certified Physician Assistant with over 26 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, specializing in sports medicine. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College and earned his Master of Health Science and Physician Assistant degrees from Quinnipiac University.

Throughout his career, Hank has treated and guided thousands of patients in achieving their health and wellness goals. His commitment to health, fitness, and overall well-being is both a professional focus and a personal passion.

Beyond his clinical expertise, Hank is a devoted husband and father of four. His enthusiasm for sports and fitness extends into his personal life—he remains active through weight training, golfing, and skiing, and serves as a dedicated youth lacrosse coach in his community.
