Although we can work with lab results from your existing physician, we do not recommend it. At Vitality Health, we partner with a trusted, quality laboratory to obtain a highly comprehensive and current lab panel. This enables us to provide the most accurate assessment of your health and develop an optimized treatment plan based on reliable data. Our baseline comprehensive bloodwork panel with in-person consultation is priced at $500. This is an exceptional value compared to competitors who charge more while outsourcing bloodwork to less reliable labs and limiting visits to only virtual consultations. At Vitality Health, quality, service and transparency are our standard. If you prefer to use your outside lab results, a new patient consultation is available for $200. Following your consultation and in-depth lab review, we provide personalized membership packages designed to align with your health goals. We recommend follow-up visits every 3 to 4 months for the first year and every 6 months thereafter. Additional bloodwork may be recommended at these visits along with continued consultation and support to help you achieve and maintain your peak Vitality. If you’re comfortable paying monthly for a golf club membership, leasing a luxury vehicle, or spending on entertainment, why not make the same commitment in your own health and wellbeing? Invest in yourself—achieve your optimal Vitality today! Vitality Health does not contract with any third-party insurance payer, but we do accept HSA and FSA as a method of payment. This allows us to guide care without the disruption of big insurance. Vitality Health can provide copies of invoices and lab requisitions as needed. Because we are direct pay and do not seek reimbursement from insurance providers, we cannot provide procedure codes (CPT) or diagnostic codes (ICD-10).
